learned Government Pleader submits that the Collector after
consultation with the Market Committee could locate a piece of land
and sent the proposal to the State Government for final approval.
The other steps relating to cost of the land are to be determined.

On
his request, the case is adjourned for two weeks. The respondents
should file progress report by the next date.

the matter on 27th December, 2010.
