The appellant had asked in RTI application regarding post of Marketing Executive.
Kindly provide copy of comparative mark sheet for selected candidate, while my Roll
No. was 25 and I had also qualified for this post requirement. What were reasons of
disqualified my result.
The PIO replied.
In this connection inform you that, post of marketing executive had been appointed on the
basis/decided of selection committee as follow:-
1. Qualification.
2. Academic record.
3. Experience.
4. Performance in Interview.
The selection committee did not finalize any cut of mark. Selection had finalized on merit
basis.
The First Appellate Authority ordered: –

The PIO states that no marks are given by the selection committee.
The PIO is directed to provide the records of the selection committee which evidence the
process of selection, comments of the Committee members and any minutes of the process.
With this he will also certify that thee are no other records relating to this.
Decision:
The Appeal is allowed.
The PIO will give the information described above to the appellant before 30 March 2009.
