3. 20.4.2011 It has been submitted that the prosecution case has

already been closed and the petitioner’s grievance is now

confined only to the extent that he has not been given an

opportunity to present his defence.

Since in the scheme of a trial, the accused has full

right to have a say, the Trial Court will consider allowing the

petitioner to adduce such evidence as is fit in the interest of

justice and not prohibit him from doing so.

With this observation, the application is disposed off.
