ORDER

Mr
Shah requests for time to enable him to produce on record copy of the
plaint to establish that the suit is required to be rejected under
Order VII Rule 11(d) of the Civil Procedure Code.

Prima
facie, applications below Exhibits 77 and 78, which were for
adjournment, have been rejected by the trial Court, but the said
order is not challenged by the petitioner.

However,
with a view to enable Mr Shah to argue on merits passed below
application Exhibit 22. Hence, time is granted.
