J U D G M E N T
Petitioner states that he was a member of the Kerala
Building and other Construction Workers Welfare Fund. According
to him, by Exts.P3 and P4, he applied to the 2nd respondent for
renewal of his membership. Orders have not been passed and
therefore writ petition is filed.
2. Going by the dates shown in Exts.P3 and P4, these
applications were submitted on 18/8/09 and 12/3/2010. In that
view of the matter, delay has already been caused, and
therefore, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders
on Exts.P3 and P4. This shall be done, at any rate within 4 weeks
of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of this
writ petition.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
