Kumar Verma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent/ Bihar

State Electricity Board is present and submits that the amount of gratuity,

as claimed by the petitioner, was already paid to the petitioner on

27.7.2007.

The writ petition stands dismissed due to non-prosecution.
