Mukhiya and Panchayat Secretary. The direction of

this Court regarding payment of honorarium to the

petitioner has not been complied.

Counsel appearing for the State is directed to

communicate the direction of this Court regarding

payment of honorarium to the petitioner by

Respondents 6 and 8, through District Magistrate,

Khagaria or District Panchayat Officer, Khagaria.

Let this matter be listed on 26th July, 2011,

retaining its position.

Counsel appearing for Respondents 6 and 8

as well as counsel representing the State must inform

to this Court regarding the payment of honorarium to

the petitioner.
