	Original Application No.9775 of 1998 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench praying to call for entire records relating to the first respondent in Government letter No.22376/U1/97-32 dated 18.11.1997 and set aside the same and further direct the respondents to appoint all applicants as Secondary Grade teacher in their respective Districts based on their District Employment Seniority by relaxing the condition of possessing 50% marks in each subject of the teacher training certificates issued by the Karnakata Government and 10+2 Examination as has been done in the case of similarly placed person viz., Selvi L.Nazeema in G.O.(2D) No.284 Education and Technology Department dated 15.12.1995 and further direct the respondents to evaluate the applicants Karnataka State Secondary Grade teacher Training Certificate as has been done in the case of G.O.(2D)No.284, Education, Science & Technology Department dated 15.12.95.  Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as writ petition.
