Petitioner before this Court contends that persons junior to
the petitioner have been granted promotion as Headmaster of
Parishadiya Vidyalaya under the impugned select list dated
21.10.2009 and the petitioner has been superseded without
any justification.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having
examined the records, I am of the considered opinion that the
grievance of the petitioner need immediate attention of
respondent no. 2.
Accordingly the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty
to the petitioner to make a representation ventilating all her
grievances before respondent no. 2, within two weeks from
today, along with a certified copy of this order. On such a
representation being made the respondent no. 2 shall call for
the records and shall pass a reasoned speaking order
preferably within six weeks after affording opportunity of
hearing to the persons who are claimed to be junior to the
petitioner and have been selected.
