The
present application is for condonation of delay of 25 days in
preferring the appeal against the judgement and order dated
16.7.2009 passed by the learned Special Judge in Special Atrocity
Case No.8/2009.

Heard
Mr.Raval, learned APP for the State and Mr.K.R. Dave, learned
Counsel has filed his appearance for the respondents.

Considering
the facts and circumstances and the grounds mentioned in the
application for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out.
Hence, delay deserves to be condoned and, therefore, condoned.

The
application is disposed of. Rule made absolute accordingly.
