C.M. Application No. 406 of 2008 is an application to condone
the delay of 240 days in filing the appeal. The appeal is filed against the
judgment and decree in L.A.R. No.212 of 2003 on the file of the Additional
Sub Court, Thalassery. Acquisition is for the formation of Thalassery-
Mahe bye pass road. It is seen that in similar cases, this Court has sustained
the land value at Rs.17,500/- per cent and one such case is L.A.A.No.142 of
2007 and connected cases. Therefore, the application and the appeal are
dismissed. I.A. No.880 of 2008 is also dismissed.
