J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
i) To declare that the respondents are duty bound to issue
N.C.V.T certificates to the 10 candidates who appeared
and successfully cleared the trade test held in July 1997.
ii) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate
writ, order or direction directing 1st and 2nd respondents
to issue N.C.V.T certificates to the 10 trainees who had
appeared and successfully cleared the trade test held in
July 1997.
An identical issue was considered by this Court leading to
judgment dated 23.12.2005 in W.P.(C) No.32835/2003. There
will be a direction to the third respondent to consider the case of
the 10 trainees referred to in the writ petition in the light of the
above judgment with notice to the petitioner and take
appropriate action thereon in accordance with law within a period
of three months from the date of production of a copy of this
judgment along with copy of the judgment referred to above and
the writ petition.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
