Facts

:

1. Both the parties were heard on 7/8/2008.

2. The complainant had filed a complaint against one of the officials of the
respondent. In this context, he has asked for a copy of the enquiry report
conducted by the respondent. The CPIO stated that the complaint submitted by
the complainant was investigated and it was found that the complaint was
baseless. The complainant, however, pleaded for providing a copy of the
investigation report.

Decision:

3. As agreed by the CPIO, he would provide a copy of the investigation
report on the basis of which the respondent concluded that the complaint was
baseless. A copy of investigation report should be furnished within 15 working
days from the date of issue of this decision.

4. The complaint was unnecessary and is accordingly disposed of.
