correct the prayer portion of the petition.

In the Serial No.2 in the last Paragraph of the

order dated 21.4.2011, let the “Bihta P. S. Case No.322 of

2010” be corrected to read as “Bihta P. S. Case No.322 of

2009”.

Further four weeks’ time is granted to the

petitioner to surrender in the court below.

Let this order along with order dated 21.4.2011

be communicated to the court below through fax at the cost

of the petitioner.
