8 15-11-2011 Mr. Harish Kumar for the petitioner is present. No body
appears on behalf of the respondent Board as well as private
respondents.
Mr. Kumar submits that in spite of his best efforts, he has
not been able to contact any of the 03 petitioners. It is submitted
that the matter be placed retaining its position after a week. In the
meanwhile, he will make efforts to contact the petitioners and
apprise the Court about the present position.
As prayed, post this matter after one week retaining its
position.
