2. 24.03.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the

state.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for

the offence under Sections 147,148,149 and 302 of the

Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering that the petitioner was involved in

three other cases and while on bail he has committed

the present occurrence in which two persons have been

killed and, therefore, it is a clear case of misuse of

privilege of bail, I am not inclined to grant bail to the

petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
