Heard
Mr. D.D. Vyas, learned senior counsel appearing for Mr. K.B. Naik
for the petitioner and Mr. Rashesh Rindani, learned AGP appearing
for the respondent.
Looking
to the dispute involved in this petition, the petitioner is hereby
directed to furnish Bank Guarantee of Rs.4,60000/- (Four Lac Sixty
Thousand). Since an amount of Rs.3 lac (Three Lac) is lying with
the respondent, to that extent, the respondent may issue the advance
royalty passbook and the gate passes and if the petitioner wants
more, in that case, the petitioner will have to deposit requisite
amount with the respondent. On furnishing the Bank Guarantee, the
respondent will issue royalty passbook as well as gate passes to the
extent of Rs.3 lacs forthwith.
