In view of the averments made in the application and in view of the
statement made by learned advocate for the applicant that an
identical matter being Special Civil Application No. 13166 of 2004 is
fixed for hearing on 12th September 2008, this application
is allowed. Main matter being Special Civil Application No. 13162 of
2004 shall come for hearing alongwith Special Civil Application No.
13166 of 2004 on 12.09.2008. Civil Application stands disposed of
accordingly.
