Mr.Ashish Verma, learned Advocate put in appearance on behalf of opposite
party No.5 and submits that the salary bill of the petitioner has already been
sent to the concerned District Inspector of Schools on 6th of July, 2010 and
now it is the District Inspector of Schools, who has to make the payment.

The District Inspector of Schools, Pratapgarh is present in the court in another
matter and when he was asked regarding the progress of bill, he has submitted
that he shall ensure the payment of salary within two weeks.

List after two weeks.
