Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur as to why he has sent only

supplementary case diary of Kurhani P.S. Case no. 91 of 2010 with

direction to him to send complete case diary of Kurhani P.S. Case no.

91 of 2010 as well as antecedent repot of the petitioner- Sahindra Ram

who is an accused in the above stated case within three weeks from

the date of receipt of this order.

Let this matter be listed immediately after receipt of the

complete case diary and antecedent report of the petitioner under the

heading for admission.
