ORAL ORDER
The
applicant – original petitioner has filed this Misc. Civil
Application for restoration of Special Civil Application (Stamp) No.
1449 of 2010 which was dismissed for non-removal of office
objections.
Having
heard learned advocates appearing for the parties, this Misc. Civil
Application is hereby allowed and Special Civil Application (Stamp)
No.1449 of 2010 is restored to file on condition that the applicant
shall remove the office objections, if any, within 3 days from
today. Mr. Parth Bhatt, learned advocate appearing for the
applicant has submitted that he has already removed the office
objections.
Office
is directed to give pakka number to this Misc. Civil Application and
thereafter the matter shall be shown as disposed of.
Office
is directed to give pakka number to Special Civil Application
(Stamp) No.1449 of 2010 and place it for admission hearing on
06.12.2010.
