Background
1. The RTI request was filed on 19.3.08. The Appellant requested for
information against 22 points The CPIO replied on 19.3.08 giving
some information. Not satisfied with the reply, the Appellant filed an
appeal (No date) before the Appellate Authority. The Appellate
Authority replied on 19.5.08 directing the CPIO to look into the request
without delay. No further reply is on record. The Appellant filed his
second appeal before the CIC on 13.8.08.
2. The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner,
scheduled the hearing on December 26, 2008.
Decision
4. Since both the parties were not present at two hearings, the appeal is
rejected
