ORDER

1. It is worth noting
that one promoter ? member of the society has come forward to seek
relief from this Court, joining the Chief Promoter as respondent
No.4.

2. The Chief Promoter
is very much active in the matter inasmuch as, he has written a
letter dated 13.07.2008 to the Director, Sugar ? respondent No.2
herein. Still, it is not explained as to why the petitioner is
before this Court and not the Chief Promoter and why it he required
to be joined as respondent No.4.

The learned advocate
for the petitioner is not able to make out any case as to why this
petition should be entertained at the instance of the petitioner.
The petition is dismissed.
