of the state, despite the fact that matter is pending

since 2009 and there was specific direction to the

counsel appearing for the State for filing counter

affidavit by order dated 24.11.2009 and again by

order dated 20.6.2011. Counsel for the State prays for

further one week’s time.

This matter is being adjourned for 13th July.

In case no counter affidavit will be filed till that date

the matter will be decided without counter affidavit.
