This application has been filed on behalf of the

petitioner praying for stay of further proceeding of Execution

Case No. 01 of 2004 pending in the Court of Munsif, Araria.

Earlier notices were issued to the opposite parties on this

application and after service of notices upon them the present

application has been placed for orders.

Let this I.A.No. 1142 of 2011 be considered at the

time of admission of this revision application.
