34. 05.07.2010. The appellant shall take fresh steps for appeal

notice on substituted heirs of deceased respondent No.4

under registered cover with A.D. in their present and

correct address within one week failing which the

appeal shall stand dismissed as against the concerned

respondents.

So far item No.2 is concerned, the learned

counsel for the respondent No.22, 24, 25, 26, 30, 32

shall obtain no objection certificate from the concerned

learned counsel within two weeks.
