antecedent of the petitioner is essential. Let the criminal

antecedent of petitioner namely, Rajeshwar Ram @ Shankar Ram

@ Bhagat Ji @ Shanker Ji, accused of Rajepur P.S. Case No. 77 of

2007, be called for from the Superintendent of Police, East

Champaran and list the matter after receipt of the same.
