Learned counsel for the appellant submits that

due to the appellant having been sentenced to a period below

three years of imprisonment, he has been allowed

provisional bail by the trial-court namely, Addl. Sessions

Judge, F.T.C. No. 3, Gaya in Sessions Trial No. 462 of 2009.

Prayer is made for confirming the provisional bail.

Accordingly, the provisional bail granted to the

appellant Pappu Manjhi @ Rakesh is confirmed till the

disposal of the appeal.
