It is contended by learned counsel for the appellants that there was cross
version of the alleged incident, the injuries sustained by the appellants side
were not explained, maximum sentence of 4 years have been awarded to the
appellants, the appellants were on bail during the pendency of the trial, they
have not misused the liberty of bail.
Let the appellants Mukesh and Kinna convicted in S.T. No. 1324 of 2007
under Sections 308,323 and 504 I.P.C. P.S. Khanpur District Bulandshshar
be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each
in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
The realization of fine shall remain stayed during the pendency of the appeal.
