Pursuant
to order dated 24th June 2008, office bearers of the
respondent-Bariya Nagrik Sahakari Bank Limited are present before the
Court, namely, (i) Mr.Amar Jain, Chairman, (ii) Mr.Gaurang Pandya,
Managing Director, and (iii) Ramesh P. Suthar, Manager. Learned
advocate Mr.Arpit A. Kapadia states that he has explained the
seriousness of the matter. The first reaction of the Chairman of the
respondent-Bank is that this particular chapter has not taken place
during his tenure and it has come in succession to this new
management.
2. Mr.Arpit
Kapadia wants some time to explain this new management the legal
position of the matter. At his request adjourned to 30th
June 2008.
