ORDER

Rule. Mr.J.K.Shah,
learned APP, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.

The
accused-applicant has appeared as party-in person.

By way of this
application, he is seeking extension of temporary bail which was
ordered by the Division Bench on 4th May, 2011. On 4th
May, 2011, the Division Bench passed an order releasing the
accused-applicant on temporary bail for a period of 30 days from the
date of his release. The temporary bail was granted on the ground of
his mother’s sickness and also operation of his father for knee.

In the facts and
circumstances of the case, temporary bail earlier granted is
extended for a further period of 1 (one) more week on the same terms
and conditions as earlier granted. On the expiry of this period,
accused-applicant shall surrender before the jail authorities.

Rule
made absolute accordingly. Application stands disposed of.
