learned advocate Mr. DN Patel on behalf of applicant, learned
advocate Ms. Shivani Rajpurohit appearing for original petition has
filed sick note and learned advocate Ms. MM Bhatt appearing for
respondent no. 2.

The
present application is preferred by applicant with a prayer to fix
matter for final hearing being SCA no. 9766/2009. Considering
averment made in present application, SCA no. 9766/2009 is fixed for
final hearing after Diwali Vacation of 2010. Let Registry may notify
accordingly.
