Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and

learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Earlier vide order dated 19.08.2010 passed in

Cr.Misc. no. 25713 of 2010 their prayer was disposed of but,

as submitted, due to unavoidable circumstances they could

not avail the liberty / complied the directions.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the

period of appearance before the court below is extended till

10th December, 2010.

to the Court below at the cost of the petitioners.
