opposite parties were granted four weeks time

to file their show cause. However, till today

no show cause has been filed by the opposite

parties.

Learned counsel prays for further

four weeks time to file show cause.

Time is granted. Put up after four

weeks.

However, it is made clear that, in

case, show cause is not filed within four

weeks from today, the opposite party no.3,

Civil Surgeon-cum-Medical Officer, Patna

shall be personally present in Court on the

next date.
