                           J U D G M E N T

Sri. T.P.M.Ibrahim Khan, learned Assistant Solicitor General of

India appearing for the respondent submits that the Government of

India have passed orders rejecting the request made by the

petitioner in Ext.P1 representation. The learned counsel also

submitted that the said decision has been communicated to the

President of the petitioner association in letter dated 10.11.2010. In

such circumstances, I find no grounds to proceed further with this

contempt case. It is accordingly closed.
