1. This
application has been filed by the applicants [original petitioners],
with a prayer to permit them to amend Special Civil Application No.
25451 of 2007 by adding Annexure-‘K’ and Annexure-‘L’ dated 6th
October, 2007 and 15th February, 1989 respectively, to the
record of the said case.
2. I
have heard Ms. Sonal D. Vyas, learned counsel for the applicants and
Mr. J. K. Shah, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the
respondents nos. 1 to 4 and 6 and 7 and have perused the averments
made in the application as well as the documents annexed thereto. In
view of the averments made in paragraphs 2 and 3 thereof, the prayers
made in the application deserve to be granted. Accordingly, the
application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to amend
Special Civil Application No. 25451 of 2007 by adding Annexure-‘K’
and Annexure-‘L’ dated 6th October, 2007 and 15th
February, 1989 respectively to the record of the case. The learned
counsel for the applicants may carry out the amendment on or before
10th July, 2008.
3. The
application is disposed of, accordingly.
