                          J U D G M E N T

The prayer is for a direction to the Workman’s

Compensation Commissioner, Thiruvananthapuram to consider

Ext.P2 application for reopening the evidence. There will be a

direction to the said authority to pass appropriate orders in the

matter with notice to the parties, within one month from the date

of production of a copy of the judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
