The information sought: The Appellant wants to information about:
1. What kind of suitable stern actions taken by the MCD till date in order to set the things right
altogether by virtue of my "UMPTEEN COMPLAINTS" with photographs since, 29-06-09 to get
appropriate order for all my grievances redressed against remorseless, boorish and lawless
neighbour for unscrupulously defying the earlier joint demolition action of the MCD & police dtd
22.04.09?
2. The complaint was directed by both the office of the DDA and Police to approach the office of the
MCD, Rohini Zone for getting all his grievances redressal and also, the Dy. Zonal Commissioner
of MCD, Rohini Zone was requested to look into the matter and take suitable stern actions
accordingly by both the offices of the DDA and Police (i.e., Vide Annexure - VI & I )
highlighting that "it is upto MCD to take an suitable stern action and they are always ready to
assist MCD due to the fact that the area U&V, Shalimar bagh, Delhi - 88 is a de-noticed area and
the building activities have been transferred to MCD, etc." so. What kind of appropriate actions
took by MCD till date by virtue of the offices of the DDA and police initiative in said regard?
3. Mr. & Mrs. Kulwant singh always fathers their sectarian supporters & miscreant elements etc, and
BLUSTERS TONELESSLY "We free holed our MIG Flat from the DDA and also, got permission
from the offices of the MCD and police to defy their earlier joint demolition action of dtd.
22.04.09, Therefore, the offices of the DDA, MCD and police have no right left to restrict us. So
We warn: you better inform the entire matter and bear all your mental agony and harassment
nonchalantly. ELSE, We will see you and teach you a lesson, etc. (Vide Annexure-II: Grounds of
Objection no. - 2,8,9,10 & 11) " Which is not only atrocious but unpardonable also. What is your
opinion in this regard?
4. Finally when MCD is going to take suitable stern unscrupulous and lawless neighbour in order to
sat the things right altogether in the " FRONT COURTYARD" postion of his DDA (MIG) Flat
No. 128-A (Ground Floor), Pocket - U&V, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi - 110088? What is the reason
for undue delay?
The PIO reply:
1. The action against unauthorized what reaction in flat No. 128A, U&V block Shalimar bagh has
been initiated by the Deptt.
2. Same as above

Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):
The case was taken up today. The original application of the appellant reply given ----- PIO and contents
of appeal memo have been gone through. I find that the reply ---- by the PIO in respect of para 1 & 2 are
vague and non specific. Shri Yogender ----- EE(B) who was present during discussion had assured that
elaborate & detailed --- submitted within 10 days.
Ground of the Second Appeal:
The applicant is not satisfied with the PIO reply and unsatisfactory order was passed by the First
Appellate Authority.

The PIO has given the reply after the order of the FAA which shows that no action has been taken
against unauthorized construction. The respondent states that now on 19/10/2011 after taking due
permission the said property has been booked for unauthorized construction. The copy of the said
unauthorized booking record is being given to the Appellant before the Commission.
