                      W.P.(C) No.10549 of 2008(E)
                     =======================

Dated this the 2nd day of April, 2008

                            JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a headload worker, registered under Rule

26A of Kerala Headload Workers working in STN Market, Thrissur.

The petitioner has submitted an application for registration under

paragraph 6 B of the Kerala Headload Workers (Regulation of

Employment and Welfare) Scheme. Petitioner’s contention is that

the same has not yet been considered and orders passed.

Although an application produced alongwith the writ petition as

Ext.P2 is not in the proper form, the petitioner has now

forwarded an application in the proper form to the 2nd

respondent which has been produced as Ext.P3.

2. I have heard the standing counsel for the respondents.

So far as the petitioner has filed an application, it is only proper

that the 2nd respondent considers and passes orders thereon

expeditiously. Accordingly, I dispose of this writ petition with a

direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on

Ext.P3 within one month from the date of receipt of the same.

W.P.(C) No.10549/2008/C -2-

The petitioner shall produce a certified copy of this judgment

along with a copy of the writ petition before the 2nd respondent

for compliance.

S.SIRI JAGAN,
JUDGE
