This   is   an   application   seeking   modification   in   the   order   dated 
22.4.2010   by   extending   time   to   deposit   the   decretal   amount   by 
further one month. 

Prayer is being opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent.

However, considering the facts and circumstances, the order dated 
22.4.2010   is   modified   and   it   is   provided   that   the   applicant   may 
deposit   the   entire   decretal   amount   within   a   further   period   of   one 
month from today. 

The rest of the conditions imposed in the order dated 22.4.2010 shall 
remain unaltered.
