The Appellant had filed an application requesting to remove the Discrimination of Pre-
Engineering/Medical Exams of JEE, AIEEE, AIMPT, and AIIMS. The Appellant had stated that it is
unfair to conduct the Pre-Engineering/Medical Exams in English language only. Why the exams not
conducted in both English & Hindi.
The PIO replied:
The PIO had been replied that “This is informed to you that medium of instruction at BITS is English
and the candidates applying for the admission to BITS should have adequate in English. Therefore,
the Computer Based Online Test for the admission to integrate first degree programmes at BITS
(BITSAT) is held in English.”
