Mr. Harbhan Singh, petitioner in person.
		Petitioner appeared in person and submits that the petitioner is substantive employee of Bharatpur Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. The then Administrator of the Bank along with Managing Director passed final resolution in its meeting held on 14/16-10-08 pursuant to circular of the Registrar, Cooperative Societies dt.22.9.08 to enhance the age of superannuation of their employees from 58 to 60 years, copy of which has been placed on record as Annx.5. Petitioner submits that in the case of Gopal Das Gupta the Bank at its own extended his services upto the age of 60 years as evident from the order dt.29.7.09 (Annx.9) and other employees who were going to attain the age of 58 years approached this Court by filing CWP-8575/09 & 10833/09 and this Court taking note of Bank's resolution, referred to supra, by an interim order allowed them to continue upto the age of 60 years, under these circumstances, the petitioner who is going to attain the age of 58 years as on 31.8.2010, if not allowed to continue in terms of Bank's resolution of 60 years, referred to supra, that will cause prejudice to him. 
		Issue notice to respondents along with a copy of this order as to why the petition may not be disposed of at the stage of admission, returnable by four weeks. Notices may be given 'dasti', if desired.

In the meanwhile, the respondents are directed to allow the petitioner to continue till attaining the age of 60 years in terms of the resolution dt.14/16-10-08. However, it will not preclude the respondent-Registrar Cooperative Societies to take necessary decision in reference to resolution of the Bank dt.14/16-10-08, referred to supra. List after service along with CWP-8575/09, 10833/09 & 12138/2010.
