to bail.
The case of the appellant is
similar.
Considering the facts and
circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed.
During the pendency of the appeal, let
appellant Ranjan @ Rajan @ Naresh Kumar be
released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties
of the like amount each to the satisfaction
of Shri Madan Kishore Kaushik, learned

No. 28 of 2009, arising out of Kankarbagh
