:-
The complainant Shri Bhoopal Singh, vide his RTI request dated 06/02/2010, sought
information from CPIO, KVS(HQs), New Delhi, enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
2. Not receiving a response from the CPIO, the applicant preferred complaint before the
Commission.
3. Hearing was held today at which both parties were present in person. The
complainant confirmed that he had received full and complete information from the
respondent and no further directions were required in the matter.
DECISION
4. In view of the above, the matter is closed.
