Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the
complainant Sri C.P. Mishra and learned A.G.A. for the State.

The matter involves a civil dispute. I find no force in the submissions of
Sri C.P. Mishra learned counsel for the complainant. The applicant is
entitled for bail.

Let the applicant Sri Krishna Singh involved in Case Crime No. 107 of
2010, under Sections 419/420/467/468/471 I.P.C., Police Station
Bishunpura, District Kushinagar, be enlarged on bail on his executing a
personal bond and furnishing two sureties, each in the like amount, to
the satisfaction of the court concerned.
