2 24-10-2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
counsel for the State.
Petitioner is identified in a T.I.P. conducted in the
case of robbery by three persons of informant’s mobile and Rs.
25/- only but remained in custody since 07.01.2010.
Taking the same into consideration, prayer of the
petitioner for bail is allowed.
Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M.,
Bagaha in connection with Tr. No. 2727 of 2010 arising out of
Chautarwa (Bathwaria) P.S. Case No. 287 of 2008.
