J U D G M E N T
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction
to the respondents to declare and release before
25.9.2008 the results of the petitioner relating to the
supplementary examination of the B.Sc Computer Science
Course held by the respondents in the papers (1). Visual
Programming of the 4th Semester, (2). Internet
Technology and Programming of the 5th Semester, (3)
Computer Architecture and (4) Computer Graphics of the
6th Semester during April, 2008.
Sri.T.A Shaji, learned standing counsel for the
respondents submits that results will be published, at the
earliest, at any rate, within a period of two weeks from the
date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Submission is
recorded. The writ petition is closed recording the
submission made by the learned standing counsel for the
University. In the meanwhile, steps shall be taken by the

respondents to communicate to the petitioner confidentially
her results, immediately on the valuation being completed
and results being available. Petitioner shall make an
application in this regard within three days from today.
