ORAL ORDER

Mr Pranav Desai, the learned Advocate for
the petitioner-Corporation states that the dues of the
respondent-workman will be deposited in this Court as per
the order of this Court dated 7.9.1995 read with order
dated 16.12.1996. It is also stated that the Supreme
Court has dismissed the Special Leave Petition of the
Corporation on 7.5.1997 and the copy of the order is
annexed to the present petition. Relying on the
assurance of Mr Desai, time is granted upto 18th July,
1997 to deposit the amount in this Court without fail,
failing which the matter will stand dismissed.

2.The Supreme Court has directed that the workman
can withdraw the amount on her giving undertaking that
she will pay back the money or agree for recovery of the
amount in easy instalments, in the event of her failing
in the writ petition before the High Court. In view of
the Supreme Court order, the office will pay the
respondent workman on her furnishing such an undertaking.
The amount shall be paid by account payee cheque in her
name.

3.It is agreed that the regular salary and the
arrears of the regular salary will be paid to her
directly. It is also agreed that the regular salary will
be paid to her in accordance with the order of the
Supreme Court and the undertaking of the workman should
cover that part.
