                                    JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a Senior Office Attendant/Record Keeper

under the Reserve Bank of India. His complaint is that he is entitled

to get a higher grade as the Head Office Attendant. He has

submitted Ext.P1 request on 14.10.2009. However, his case is that

his request has not been considered. In view of the fact that Ext.P1

is pending consideration of the respondent, it is sufficient that the

same is directed to be considered expeditiously.

2. In the result this writ petition is disposed of directing the

respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 representation of

the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a

period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment, which the petitioner is permitted to produce before the

authority, for compliance.
