is reported that there is a sick note of Shri Daxesh Dave, learned
advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner. This revision
application is of the year 1991 and even the civil suit is of the
year 1985. In the circumstances and as a last chance, the matter
stands adjourned to 12th December, 2008.

that day, irrespective of sick note or leave note and/or
non-availability of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the
respective parties, the matter will be proceeded further ex-parte.
